Position Overview

Join a dynamic organization with over 65 years of global presence in providing exceptional language experiences. We are seeking a driven and innovative leader to enhance our marketing strategies across our diverse business units: Language Travel, Academic Year Abroad, and International Language Schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for key growth initiatives, utilizing customer insights and market data to craft compelling marketing narratives.
  • Collaborate closely with product leaders and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across global markets.
  • Drive the positioning and messaging framework for product offerings, ensuring clarity and resonance with target audiences.
  • Lead the Go To Market (GTM) strategy for new launches and expansions, creating adaptable playbooks for local markets.
  • Champion customer and market intelligence by gathering insights and establishing feedback loops between stakeholders and the product roadmap.
  • Work alongside Product and Sales Management to create effective sales tools, training, and enablement materials.
  • Oversee audience segmentation and persona development to inform actionable marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate on pricing strategies to develop compelling narratives that enhance market readiness.
  • Establish and promote a culture of accountability through clear departmental KPIs and marketing objectives.
  • Continuously monitor trends to ensure competitive advantage and alignment with evolving market demands.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8–12 years of experience in product marketing, branding, or go-to-market strategies, preferably in education, travel, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Strong international exposure, adept at navigating cultural differences while maintaining local relevance and global scalability.
  • Exceptional collaboration and networking skills, with a proven ability to present, communicate, and tell compelling stories.
  • Experience in planning and managing budgets, along with a strong understanding of P&L dynamics.
  • Adept at writing strategic briefs that resonate with creative and marketing teams.
  • Proficient in designing and executing GTM plans on a global scale, collaborating effectively with central branding and media teams.
  • Expertise in customer research and competitive intelligence.
  • A broad understanding of all marketing channels, including paid, organic, SEO, social media, and CRM.
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • A keen sense of outstanding creative work, complemented by a communication style that clarifies complexity.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on action and results.
