Shape the Future of Enterprise AI and Work Transformation

Join the Enterprise AI & Reimagine Work team, a central group dedicated to shaping and accelerating AI-enabled ways of working across the enterprise. Partner with business units and functions to turn leadership priorities into focused action, scale high-impact initiatives, unblock execution, and build reusable solutions that help teams work smarter. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise transformation, AI, and hands-on problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently drive strategic tech and AI projects for the Group, CEO, and Executive Committee.
• Drive value by defining cross-cutting solutions, including cross-functional working groups and tech products, to enable AI to fully scale in the business.
• Generate strategic insights based on best-in-class analysis, distilling outputs and recommendations to enable informed decisions by top-level leaders on AI and Reimagining Work.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the team on select tech-related topics.
• Develop a network of tech and AI experts and leaders across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MS, MBA) preferred.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Hands-on experience (e.g., 2 years) in digital or AI-related fields, such as product management, digital analytics, or building software products.
• Established record of driving strategic AI and digital transformation with a focus on value creation.
• Significant experience gained in a top-tier consultancy at the manager level.
• Project and program management experience in strategic projects, ideally in pharma or healthcare, with a track record of strong business impact.
• Effective and persuasive communicator with strong presentation, written and verbal communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with and lead multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers and architects.
• Experience in executive-level communications.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally based on business needs.

Benefits and Rewards

We are committed to rewarding the people who make it happen. The expected annual base salary range for this role is 150,500.00 - 279,500.00 CHF. Base salary is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies, and experience, in accordance with pay-setting policies and is reviewed periodically upon joining.

In addition to base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. Long-term equity awards granted at the group level may also be part of your package.
