Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery, and adoption of commercial reporting and analytics products across international markets.
- Manage scalable analytics solutions that deliver objective, actionable insights for sales, field teams, and commercial partners.
- Collaborate with country analytics teams to harmonize localized requirements with standardized global sales and field analytics models.
- Convert analytics outcomes into actionable business recommendations to drive measurable commercial impact.
- Engage with data, digital, medical, marketing, and commercial teams to identify opportunities and develop solution roadmaps.
- Oversee dashboarding and reporting capabilities to ensure timely and intuitive insights for field and business stakeholders.
- Prioritize product resources, manage budgets, and oversee timelines throughout the analytics product lifecycle.
- Drive adoption and manage change to ensure solutions are effectively understood and utilized, delivering intended value.
- Monitor product performance and business value to continuously refine analytics capabilities and processes.
- Apply Agile product practices to implement iterative enhancements for improved analytics usability and effectiveness.
Essential Requirements
- Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- At least twelve years of experience in country sales analytics or commercial operations in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors.
- At least twelve years of experience in data analytics or marketing science supporting commercial decision-making.
- Extensive experience in applying analytics and artificial intelligence within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare domains.
- Proficient in business intelligence tools, including Power BI, and familiar with customer relationship management platforms such as Veeva or Salesforce.
- Strong comprehension of healthcare professional journey analytics, segmentation, targeting, integrated insights, competitive intelligence, and omnichannel planning.
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across sales, marketing, and medical functions.
- Experience in Data Product development and a visionary approach for the future.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end pharmaceutical value chain with hands-on experience in field, marketing, and sales analytics.
Desirable Requirements
- Practical experience in building self-service dashboards, narrative analytics tools, and applying business intelligence solutions like Power BI.
- Experience embedding advanced analytics into marketing and customer engagement platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital channels.
