Essential Qualifications

• Proven history of leading machine learning initiatives in drug discovery.
• Experience with foundation model benchmarking specific to drug discovery.
• Hands-on expertise in applying machine learning within key discovery areas.
• Strong background in large-scale model training and deployment.
• Passion for biomedical sciences and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Over 12 years of experience in developing and supporting machine learning solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks, with familiarity in version control systems.
• Expertise in navigating complex environments and prioritizing effectively.
