Strategic Digital Product Leadership

Drive the development of a portfolio of strategic products within an international environment. This role focuses on defining product vision, managing backlogs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of digital products.
• Prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring evolution initiatives deliver measurable business value.
• Analyze market trends, user feedback, and business requirements to translate needs into actionable product enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions effectively support business objectives and user expectations.
• Lead workshops and discussions with stakeholders to define requirements, challenge assumptions, and identify innovative solutions.
• Establish and monitor relevant KPIs to measure product performance, user adoption, business impact, and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate new opportunities, technologies, and concepts through business cases, pilots, and proof-of-concept initiatives.

Required Profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Applications Management, or Digital Transformation.
• Proven experience defining product roadmaps and driving product evolution initiatives.
• Strong ability to bridge business needs and technical teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Fluent English is required.
