Your Role

The Digital team, a part of the Marketing Partnerships department, leverages robust insights and innovation across the digital landscape to drive commercial value for all UEFA Men’s Club Competition (UMCC) stakeholders and uphold the integrity of UEFA’s digital platforms. In this role, you will support commercial partner digital activities across all UEFA digital channels while strengthening the digital approach of UMCCs’ commercial partners. Your contributions will be vital to the overall success envisioned by the Digital Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver industry-leading digital rights activations, setting new standards in commercial partner campaigns across UMCCs.
  • Develop strong relationships with key digital stakeholders at UEFA and with UMCC commercial partners.
  • Contribute to UEFA’s social media content planning across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
  • Support paid promotional campaigns of UMCC commercial partners in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain digital guidelines and best practice documents, integrating new industry developments in real time.
  • Coordinate with the Insights team on tracking and reporting branded content campaigns.
  • Contribute to workshops and presentations on key digital topics to upskill stakeholders.
  • Support the Digital Manager on digital strategy projects as required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have experience in the digital, sports sponsorship, or marketing fields, as well as expertise in planning and executing social media and email campaigns. A strong enthusiasm for using social media platforms and a passion for digital innovation is essential. Effective project and time management skills, alongside the ability to work independently, will allow you to make thoughtful decisions in the best interest of commercial partners and sports rights holders.
