The Role

We are on the lookout for an experienced individual to join our outstanding team, contributing at the crucial nexus of traditional corporate finance and the dynamic Web3 space.

This position includes key responsibilities in supporting the strategic management of a digital asset portfolio, encompassing the design and execution of trading strategies, navigation through market dynamics, and implementation of new financial practices.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the trading book, ensuring daily operations, real-time strategy execution, and comprehensive portfolio management.
• Support strategies that safeguard treasury value against unfavorable market movements.
• Design and implement trading strategies grounded in the organization’s balance sheet assets.
• Identify and assess financial risks relevant to digital assets, such as market volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, and counterparty risks.
• Translate complex Web3 financial concepts into accessible insights for traditional finance stakeholders and vice versa.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in traditional trading, complemented by either familiarity or a strong interest in cryptocurrency trading, with proficiency in trading tools.
• Hands-on experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Meticulous attention to detail in managing on-chain transactions and implementing effective internal controls.
• Awareness of the changing legal and regulatory landscape impacting digital asset management.
• Strong communication skills, with the capability to clearly present financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
