Your Role
In this key position, you will work hand-in-hand with the Housemaster or Housemistress to cultivate a nurturing home filled with warmth and purpose. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the pastoral care of students and ensuring smooth operations in the house in the absence of the Housemaster or Housemistress.
- Building strong, trusting relationships within the house.
- Communicating proactively with the parents of students in your care.
- Gaining invaluable experience in a boarding education environment.
- Contributing to the school’s wider aspirations and values.
- Teaching a limited timetable and engaging in co-curricular activities, including weekend events and trips.
Qualifications and Experience
We are seeking professionals who have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification; teaching or additional professional qualifications are desirable.
- A proven track record in teaching and boarding experience.

Important Details
