Your Role

Your Mission
You will oversee and coordinate planning, forecasting, and procurement activities associated with customers and products within your scope. Serving as the key communication link between internal teams and external partners, you will ensure alignment and transparency throughout the planning process. Acting as a proactive business partner, you will execute management decisions, refine supply plans, and provide insightful recommendations based on demand changes.
In this dynamic and fast-changing environment, your role is essential in anticipating demand, responding flexibly to market needs, minimizing risks, and supporting continuous business improvement.
Your Responsibilities
- Translate demand forecasts into supply and capacity plans.
- Lead the procurement of commodities, optimizing inventory levels and costs.
- Maintain strong follow-up on supplier orders, including escalation management.
- Issue, explain, and communicate suppliers’ forecasts.
- Coordinate production planning and supplier deliveries to meet flexible customer demands.
- Manage inventory targets, including safety stock strategies, reporting, and proposing solutions.
- Ensure timely and quality reporting.
Your Profile
- A Master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or business.
- APICS certification is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in planning or procurement roles.
- Proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools.
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems with an emphasis on supply chain modules.
- Advanced proficiency in English and French.
