Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI and ML, along with proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
• 3+ years of cloud architecture and implementation experience, with a proven track record in developing end-to-end Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science.
• Understanding of data modeling principles and statistical analysis methodologies, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS services (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker, EC2, S3, etc.) and AWS Associate level certifications are highly regarded.
• Knowledge of automation and scripting tools (e.g., Terraform, Python) as well as security compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
• Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in developing and optimizing foundation models (LLMs), including fine-tuning and implementing AI systems.
