Your Impact

• Contribute to a team dedicated to utilizing AI tools to support Deal and Transformation initiatives, particularly for clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Focus on collaborating closely with large pharmaceutical companies in the USA, integrating with our extensive US network.
• Assist clients in optimizing their legal frameworks through processes like legal rationalization and separations.
• Work alongside our Deals and Advisory teams on major transactions and transformations, necessitating expertise in managing intricate project structures across regions.
• Play a vital role in advancing our deals practice, recognized as a premier provider of M&A consulting services in Switzerland, while effectively leveraging AI-based tools.

Your Skill Set

• A Master’s degree related to the healthcare industry (e.g., healthcare administration, health regulations, or health service provision).
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in the healthcare sector or at reputable consulting firms.
• A strong track record of successfully employing AI-supported tools to manage and analyze large datasets.
• Experience in M&A execution, particularly in business integrations and carve-outs, with a solid understanding of the full transaction process.
• Project management expertise, capable of overseeing a Project Management Office (PMO) across multiple workstreams and geographical areas.
• Previous exposure to the USA or experience within an American company is advantageous.
