Your Mission

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and guiding them through the diverse offerings available within the Yuh app.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, primarily addressing written inquiries through chat, email, and in-app messaging while providing a professional and friendly support experience.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and reliable assistance related to the Yuh app and banking services, ensuring exceptional service quality.
- Clearly explain products, features, and processes in an accessible manner to enhance client understanding and satisfaction.
- Ensure high client satisfaction by effectively addressing requests, executing instructions, and resolving issues with attention to detail.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences during interactions and contribute ideas for enhancing services and processes.
- Document client interactions accurately in internal systems and ensure appropriate follow-up when necessary.
- Collaborate with the Customer Care team and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Comply with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and uphold the principles of fair client treatment at all times.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences (Bachelor's or Master's), ideally in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong interest in banking, fintech, and enhancing customer experiences.
- Excellent written communication skills coupled with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a significant advantage.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable utilizing digital tools and quickly learning new systems.
- Available for part-time work (e.g., 20–40%), adaptable to demand.
