We are looking for a dedicated professional to collaborate with our Techfirm Industrial Services team and take on exciting challenges in the field of Computer System Validation (CSV).

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as a critical liaison between Technical Services and all other departments that rely on CSV services. Your main focus will be to oversee Computer System Validation activities in compliance with both global and local company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Tasks Include:

• Planning, coordinating, and executing all phases of computer system validation for production and QC Lab systems, including Validation plans, FMEA, RTM, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ test scripts.
• Preparing, reviewing, and approving both technical and GMP-related documentation such as URS, impact/risk assessments, Master plans, and qualification/validation documentation.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or natural sciences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Proven expertise in validating computerized manufacturing equipment and complex analytical lab equipment within a CSV context.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Professional experience in Europe, particularly Switzerland, is highly desirable.
