Your Role and Responsibilities
In this capacity, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and increasing market penetration within the Medical Surgical (MedSurg) Division. Your key responsibilities include:
- Campaign Implementation: Localize and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the Swiss market.
- Demand Generation: Lead initiatives to generate qualified leads, develop local communication strategies, and manage participation in relevant events and congresses.
- Marketing Planning: Contribute to the marketing planning process and take ownership of the annual marketing activity calendar for Switzerland.
- Market Insights: Continuously monitor and gather insights on market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to inform strategic marketing efforts.
- Budget Management: Oversee and track the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal departments, including marketing, sales, and clinical teams to align objectives with overall business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support business initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Substantial experience in a product management or country marketing role within the healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system.
- Proven experience in marketing planning, product launches, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and influencing abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships across teams.
- Creative problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to changing circumstances.
- Fluency in both English and German.
Additional qualifications that could enhance your success include:
- Affinity with digital marketing strategy and techniques.
- Experience in both hospital and out-of-hospital markets, such as home care providers, pharmacies, and general practitioners.
Work Environment
This role is hybrid eligible, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office presence at the Rüschlikon office (2 days per week). Domestic travel may be required up to 25%, with occasional international travel as needed. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Switzerland without sponsorship for a work visa.
Compensation and Benefits
