We are expanding our Australian Life Cycle Management team to support the fleet of double articulated electric vehicles in Brisbane. An experienced leader will play a crucial role in diagnostics, service, repair, and maintenance of these electric vehicles while being at the forefront of electric vehicle and flash charging technology.

This position is perfect for a dedicated people leader who thrives in mechanical and electrical environments, possesses knowledge of HESS AG Bellach systems, and is committed to providing exceptional service to clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with the introduction of a new all-electric bus for public transport in Australia.
• Manage a local team of mechanics and technicians.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of vehicles in Australia.
• Support the acquisition of new customers across Australia and Australasia.
• Communicate with managers at the Head Office in Bellach, Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Automotive mechatronic engineering degree (car/truck).
• University degree in automotive engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of HESS AG systems.
• Proficient in German and English, both oral and written.
• Flexibility and interest in undertaking various tasks.
• Customer-oriented approach with efficient and careful work habits.
• Reliability and strong team collaboration skills.
• High motivation and commitment.
