About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to assume a pivotal role focused on the operational and strategic development of our educational offerings. This multifaceted position will foster collaboration with the Executive Director and will play a vital part in enhancing our continuing education portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the operational management of continuing education offerings at the ETH FinsureTech Hub.
• Provide administrative assistance for the CAS ETH in Machine Learning in Finance & Insurance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for participants, speakers, lecturers, and internal ETH departments, as well as other stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies.
• Co-design and implement innovative teaching formats, course offerings, and continuing education concepts in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in education management, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in organizing and delivering continuing education programs, ideally in an academic or institutional environment.
• An entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, coupled with a hands-on approach and a passion for innovation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• A strong service orientation and enjoyment in working with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Enthusiasm for the Hub's topics and a keen interest in current developments in technology and financial services is beneficial.
