Your Role and Impact
As a pivotal force within our organization, you will lead our insights strategy in emerging markets, directly influencing how we serve diverse populations. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Regional Consumer Insights strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to analyze consumer demographics, behaviors, and preferences in the obesity market.
- Design and launch the "Consumer Insights Obsession" affiliate framework to standardize insight generation and govern research across the region.
- Build and scale AI-powered tools for automating insights generation, including social media sentiment analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consumer insights inform campaigns, product strategies, and decisions.
- Represent emerging markets in global governance forums, ensuring the distribution of key insights to local affiliates.
- Manage relationships with market research vendors for quality assurance and consistency in insights generation.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in FMCG or Consumer Health, with a focus on consumer insights or market research.
- Demonstrated success in developing insights strategies that influence commercial decisions and marketing efforts.
- Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and effectively communicate research findings.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills combined with strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience in building frameworks and processes for organizational improvement.
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools and a willingness to explore innovative solutions.
- Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of P&L implications and ROI measurement.
