Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to special advisory projects, such as business traveler support, equity-based compensation advice, and mobility technology initiatives, ensuring a practical and technically excellent approach.
• Prepare Swiss tax returns and provide ongoing tax and mobility support for employees of international client companies.
• Assist client projects by undertaking diverse tasks, including conducting tax briefings, researching, liaising with authorities, and communicating with global EY member firms.
• Engage in regular collaboration with clients.

What We Look For

• A recognized diploma or ongoing education in tax, law, economics, or a certified fiduciary diploma.
• Knowledge of Swiss taxation with ideally some experience in a related role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, combining analytical thinking with precision and effective deadline management.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• An agile, growth-oriented mindset.
