Your Impact

In this engaging role, you will:

• Take an active role in large-scale projects, coordinating activities within your work stream to meet established timelines and objectives.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients.
• Utilize Design Thinking and other user-centric approaches to identify challenges, brainstorm solutions, and define strategic concepts.
• Shape the definition and development of digital products using agile methodologies.
• Assist clients in conceptualizing innovative, end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels, focusing on the intersection of users, businesses, and technology.
• Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, further enhancing your personal and professional skills by engaging in initiatives that resonate with you and create lasting impact.

What You Bring

To thrive in this position, you should have:

• A master's degree from a notable university in business/economics, digital/design management, or STEM disciplines.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, demonstrating successful delivery of experience-centric digital strategies and/or solutions.
• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, with the capacity to communicate complex business problems and digital experience solutions to various stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and French, with German as a valuable asset.
• A proven ability to work effectively with diverse clients and in challenging situations, establishing trust and credibility.
• Collaborative spirit to work closely with multidisciplinary teams such as designers, developers, and business analysts.
• A genuine enthusiasm for the transformative potential of digital solutions for users and businesses.
