The EY Business Consulting team is poised to deliver a comprehensive suite of functional and cross-country services aimed at providing trusted advice to clients in the Financial Services sector, including Wealth & Asset Management, Banking and Capital Markets, and Insurance. Your Key Responsibilities

• Pursue exciting business-led, tech-enabled transformation initiatives within the Financial Services sector.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, business partners, and multi-disciplinary teams to help shape ideas, design solutions, and deliver measurable improvements in business performance.
• Utilize storytelling skills to present recommendations clearly and analytically to clients.
• Leverage and enhance our global EY methodologies, frameworks, tools, accelerators, and enablers for various transformation goals.
• Develop skills through both on-the-job experience and internal training opportunities.
• Facilitate internal and external topic roundtables and thought leadership sessions.
• Support business development initiatives, continuously providing valuable solutions for clients.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Excellent academic record from a leading university or university of applied sciences.
• Strong motivation to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment within the financial services sector.
• Experience in team-based projects through academic endeavors or internships.
• A curious mindset with the ability to structure problems systematically.
• Strong presentation skills and a client-oriented attitude.
• Proactive team player, eager to support solution development within diverse teams across functions and geographies.
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory; Swiss German and additional languages are a plus.

Desirable Experience

• Initial work experience in consulting or Financial Services (e.g., internships, entry-level positions).
• Interest or experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and process improvements.
• Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Interest in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations.
