Key Responsibilities

• Pursue innovative, business-driven, tech-enabled transformation initiatives within the Financial Services sector.

• Utilize storytelling and presentation skills to clearly communicate recommendations to clients.
• Leverage and enhance our global EY methodologies, tools, and frameworks to achieve various transformation goals.

• Facilitate thought leadership discussions and internal roundtables on relevant topics.

• Experience in collaborative projects, whether through university courses or internships.

• Proficiency in English and German is essential, with additional languages such as Swiss German being an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial work experience in consulting or the Financial Services sector (e.g., internships, entry-level roles).
• Familiarity or interest in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience and/or interest in Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Interest in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues.
