As a key member of the Record-to-Report (R2R) team, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of financial processes, design of financial operating models, and implementation of next-generation digital finance functions. Your insights will guide clients on industry-leading technologies and optimization strategies throughout the R2R process, including:

• Consulting finance organizations on the digitalization of financial processes — from strategy development to optimization and execution.
• Supporting the design of financial operating models, financial processes, and next-generation digital finance functions.
• Advising clients on leading technologies, functionalities, and optimization measures along the R2R process.
• Actively contributing to project success using advanced project management methodologies.
• Utilizing insights from daily consulting practices to enhance advisory concepts and contributing to professional articles and presentations.
• Collaborating in an international team on cross-functional projects, shaping the culture, and supporting internal team development.
• Benefiting from an interesting and international environment for personal and professional growth.

Your Profile

• A completed business-related degree with outstanding results.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, auditing, or an accounting-related position is a plus.
• A strong interest in the digitalization of finance and IT solution architecture, along with process design knowledge.
• High motivation and willingness to grow within a mentor-oriented organizational culture.
• An excellent team player who enjoys working in an inclusive environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A high proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, as well as an interest in modern tools like MURAL™ or Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel.
