We seek individuals with a strong academic background and a passion for digital finance and process design. Ideal candidates will have:

• A degree in business administration with outstanding results.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, auditing, or accounting positions as an advantage.
• A keen interest in the digitalization of finance and IT solution architecture.
• High motivation and an eagerness to grow in a mentor-oriented corporate culture.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, along with familiarity with modern tools such as MURALTM or Power BI.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and German, with additional languages being a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
