Within our dynamic Consulting division, we streamline our clients' operations, offering seamless, high-quality services worldwide. Collaborating closely with clients, our teams lead engagements that address all aspects of the CFO agenda. This includes responding to global trends that enhance financial consolidation, planning, and reporting to ensure longevity and success.

Your Impact

As part of our Record-to-Report (R2R) team, you will play a vital role in the digitization of financial processes, designing financial operating models, and implementing advanced digital finance functions. Your expertise will significantly influence our client advisory services, focusing on cutting-edge technologies such as Blackline, Trintech, and Redwood throughout the R2R process:

• Advise financial organizations on digitizing processes—ranging from strategy development to concept creation, process design, optimization, and implementation.
• Support the design of financial operating models and next-generation digital finance functions.
• Provide insights on leading technologies, functionalities, and optimization initiatives along the R2R continuum.
• Engage actively in project success using advanced project management methodologies.
• Utilize daily consulting insights to enhance our advisory approaches and contribute to professional publications and conference materials.
• Collaborate in an international team on cross-functional projects, actively shaping our culture and supporting internal team development.
• Benefit from a stimulating international environment that promotes your personal and professional growth.

Your Qualifications

• A degree in business administration with outstanding results.
• Practical experience in consulting, auditing, or an accounting-related role is advantageous.
• A strong interest in the digitization of finance and IT architecture, as well as process design.
• High motivation and willingness to grow in a mentorship-oriented culture.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in an inclusive work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with an interest in modern tools such as MURAL and Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
