Your Role

You will be engaged in management consulting, delivering seamless, consistent, and high-quality services to clients around the globe. Our team collaborates closely to manage engagements and lead CFO agenda initiatives, driven by client needs shaped by global trends.

Within our Record-to-Report (R2R) team, you will play a pivotal role in the digitization of financial processes, designing financial operating models, and implementing next-generation digital finance functions. Your expertise will be crucial in advising clients on leading technologies, ensuring successful project execution, and enhancing our consultancy practices.

• Consult with financial organizations on the digitization of finance processes—from strategy development and concept creation to process design and implementation.
• Support the design of financial operating models, finance processes, and next-generation digital finance functions.
• Advise clients on leading technologies, functionalities, and optimization measures throughout the R2R process.
• Be actively involved in project success using modern project management methodologies.
• Utilize daily consulting insights to enhance our consulting concepts and contribute to expert articles and conference presentations.
• Collaborate in cross-functional international teams, shape our culture, and contribute to internal team development.
• Benefit from an interesting international environment that promotes personal and professional growth.

Your Skills

• A degree in business administration with excellent results.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, auditing, or an accounting-related position is a plus.
• Strong interest in financial digitization, IT solution architecture, and process design.
• A high level of motivation and willingness to grow within a mentor-oriented company culture.
• Excellent teamwork skills, thriving in an inclusive environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with an interest in modern tools such as MURAL™ or Power BI.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and German; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel.
