• Advise financial organizations on the digitization of financial processes, from strategy development to implementation.
• Support the design of financial operating models, processes, and next-generation digital financial functions.
• Guide clients on leading technologies and optimizations across the Record-to-Report (R2R) process.
• Actively participate in project success utilizing advanced project management methodologies.
• Enhance our consulting concepts by leveraging insights from daily practice and contribute to professional articles and presentations.
• Collaborate in international, cross-functional teams while shaping our culture and supporting internal team development.

Your Profile

• Completed a degree in business administration with excellent results.
• Initial practical experience in consulting, auditing, or an accounting-related position is a plus.
• A strong interest in digital finance, IT solution architecture, and process design.
• High motivation and willingness to develop in a mentor-oriented corporate culture.
• A proficient team player who enjoys working in an inclusive environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High affinity for MS PowerPoint and Excel, along with interest in modern tools like MURALTM or Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel.
