Your Role

Ready to shape global reward strategies that make a significant impact? Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and implementing global compensation and benefits processes and tools in collaboration with country business units and HR Business Solutions & Technology.
  • Leading and coordinating annual compensation and benefits year-end processes, including performance management, variable pay, compensation planning, and share allocation.
  • Contributing to global market intelligence activities through data collection and liaising with external benchmark providers.
  • Monitoring and enhancing data quality while supporting KPI dashboard and reporting tool development.
  • Providing analytical support for compensation reviews, payline, and benchmarking.
  • Participating in global compensation and benefits projects and initiatives.

Your Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in global compensation and benefits within an industrial setting, including country-level responsibilities.
  • Solid understanding of performance management, bonus and share plans, market benchmarking, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage programs in complex international contexts.
  • Effective communication, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement abilities across functions and regions.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors), Excel, and PowerBI.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German or additional languages is an advantage.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results, continuous improvement, and team development.
