We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to enhance our Communications team at Zurich Airport and Bad Zurzach.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve all internal and external communication channels, implementing concepts and campaigns that enhance engagement, recruitment, customer experience, and sales.
• Drive brand management throughout the organization by maintaining guidelines, templates, and designs while advising senior leaders on branding and storytelling for various communications.
• Manage marketing and communications projects aimed at building brand awareness, including collaboration with agencies to produce visual content and multimedia assets.
• Oversee and optimize all communication platforms, such as the website, blog, social media, employee magazine, and intranet, analyzing performance while identifying trends for continuous improvement.
• Promote a positive Safety Culture by ensuring comprehensive communication regarding Safety and Quality Policies and adhering to SMS responsibilities.
• Support crisis communication initiatives, coordinating tasks within the team as necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in marketing and communications, demonstrating a history of effective employee communications and engaging campaigns.
• Strong internal communications background; experience engaging production staff is an added advantage.
• Excellent command of English (C1+), with confident communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Native-level Swiss German is a plus.
• High affinity for brand management, social media, and digital tools; advanced MS Office skills; video editing abilities are beneficial.
• Outstanding writing capabilities, with a talent for tailoring messages to diverse channels and audiences.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders effectively.
