Role Focus

As we navigate a new phase of growth and organizational development, we are in search of an analytically strong and commercially minded individual. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance execution, bolster key decision-making, and construct a scalable foundation for continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume a significant portion of the CEO’s operational and commercial responsibilities during a medical leave.
  • Guide the business through a robust growth phase in Switzerland and internationally.
  • Coordinate the operational execution of an ambitious product launch pipeline in 2026.
  • Transform growth targets into economically grounded operating plans, including aspects such as pricing, production cadence, inventory, and working capital management.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive models for costs, margins, and demand to facilitate informed business decisions.
  • Create artificial intelligence-based decision-making models to assess formulations, consumer demand, sales forecasting, and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee essential operational processes encompassing forecasting, reporting, procurement, and supplier coordination.
  • Align production planning with projected demand and stock requirements.
  • Drive efficiency improvements and establish a clear operational structure within the organization.
  • Assist leadership with prioritization and business continuity measures.
  • Develop scalable systems and processes that will underpin long-term growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek a reliable, analytically adept, and commercially savvy individual with strong judgment and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will seamlessly blend quantitative aptitude with practical execution and possess a robust entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Economics or a closely related quantitative discipline from a leading university.
  • Fluent or native-level proficiency in English.
  • Solid understanding of economic principles, including pricing, cost structures, and demand planning.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A knack for transforming complex challenges into practical systems and execution.
  • High digital fluency coupled with strong organizational discipline.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, fostering confidence in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume launch calendar with meticulous attention to detail and commercial acumen.

Additional Insights

While full-time prior experience is not a prerequisite, we encourage exceptional recent graduates with stellar academic achievements and strong analytical skills to engage with us. Proficiency in the German language is not necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with consumer products, wellness, regulated goods, or international e-commerce.
  • Experience collaborating with manufacturers, suppliers, or production partners globally.
  • Background in startups, scale-ups, or founder-led ventures.
  • Expertise in managing multiple product launches or complex operational timelines.
