Role Overview
As our organization enters a new growth phase, we are seeking an analytically strong and commercially minded individual to enhance execution, support key decision-making, and create a scalable framework for further expansion. This role will involve significant interaction across operations, supply chain, planning, product launches, and commercial execution, ensuring a strategic approach to our continued development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume significant operational and commercial responsibilities during the CEO's medical leave.
- Support business growth in Switzerland and internationally.
- Lead the operational execution of 50 to 100 product launches in 2026, ensuring timely and coordinated delivery.
- Translate growth targets into economically grounded operating plans, covering pricing, production cadence, inventory planning, and working capital management.
- Develop and maintain cost, margin, and demand models to inform better business decisions.
- Utilize applied artificial intelligence to create decision-making models for evaluating formulations, consumer demand, and effective marketing strategies.
- Oversee operational processes, including forecasting, reporting, procurement, inventory, and supplier coordination.
- Align production planning with demand forecasts and stock requirements.
- Improve efficiency and establish a clear operational structure.
- Support leadership with prioritization, decision-making, and business continuity.
- Develop scalable systems and processes for long-term growth.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable candidate with a strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen. The ideal individual will possess a unique blend of quantitative skills and practical execution ability, paired with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Economics or a closely related quantitative discipline from a leading university.
- Fluent or native-level proficiency in English.
- Strong background in economics, including pricing, cost structures, demand planning, and working capital optimization.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to simplify complexity into practical systems.
- High digital fluency and organizational discipline.
- An entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a fast-moving business environment.
- Ability to manage a high-volume launch calendar with attention to detail and commercial discipline.
Additional Information
- No prior full-time work experience is required; exceptional recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- German language skills are not necessary.

- Experience with consumer products or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with international e-commerce businesses.
- Previous work with manufacturers, suppliers, or production partners in global markets.
