We are seeking professionals to enhance our team's capabilities and contribute their expertise at our location in Baden, Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute combustion-related tasks on-site and off-site for our fleet of installed and serviced gas turbines (GT36, GT26, AE/V94.3A, AE/V64.3A, AE/V94.2).
• Lead the execution of parameters acquisition and combustion tuning, working both personally and remotely as dictated by project requirements.
• Coordinate with counterparts across Ansaldo office locations, including Italy, Switzerland, and Abu Dhabi.
• Develop competencies in thermodynamic performance-related tasks.
• Provide comprehensive engineering support for Plant Support topics concerning combustion and emissions.
• Ensure all work aligns with EHS, quality, and scheduling requirements.
• Implement simplifications and lean processes within your area of responsibility.

Your Profile

• University degree in a field relevant to gas turbines.
• A motivating, passionate, reliable, and goal-oriented personality.
• Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel globally (up to 40% of the time and potentially on short notice).
• Professional planning and presentation skills, with good knowledge of MS Office applications and Lotus Notes considered advantageous.
• Excellent command of English, with knowledge of German and/or French preferred, and Italian viewed as a strong asset.
