Lead Cutting-Edge Research in Surgical Imaging

Accelerate clinical breakthroughs in biotech by supporting a surgical imaging device study nearing closeout. This role offers a mix of onsite and remote monitoring, with site visits primarily concentrated in Orlando and Tampa, Florida. The position focuses on data cleaning and ensuring the study wraps up successfully by year-end, presenting an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals seeking long-term growth as the sponsor aims to transition talent in-house over time.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite monitoring visits approximately 6-10 days per month, equating to 20-25 hours per week at sites.
• Oversee study progress, ensuring compliance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and data quality standards.
• Perform data cleaning and assist in preparing the study for closeout.
• Collaborate with site staff to address queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Support the opening of new study sites, including potential pediatric locations in Philadelphia and Jacksonville.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of monitoring activities.

Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience in clinical monitoring, preferably within medical device studies.
• Strong understanding of GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel, primarily within Florida, with occasional trips to other locations.

Compensation

$80 to $87 per hour.
