Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic consultant to collaborate with our enterprise clients, focusing on driving significant business outcomes through warehouse automation initiatives. This position involves guiding customers from initial solution design and evaluation to onboarding, adoption, and ongoing optimization. Your primary objectives will include quantifying ROI, leading transformation programs, and providing executive-level advice on best practices in logistics and warehouse automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Solution Consulting
- Lead tailored solution demonstrations that align product capabilities with customer challenges and business goals.
- Quantify ROI and create collaborative “value scorecards” with C-suite and operational leaders.
- Strategic Onboarding & Adoption
- Oversee deployments to ensure seamless rollouts and full end-user adoption.
- Develop champion networks within customer organizations to enhance long-term engagement.
- Program Management & Transformation Leadership
- Manage enterprise programs from kickoff to measurable ROI delivery, employing agile methodologies for tracking progress.
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with executives to align priorities and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Value Realization & Optimization
- Provide data-driven recommendations for warehouse optimization, process transformation, and IT/ERP/WMS integrations.
- Advise on both tactical improvements (e.g., layout, picking paths) and strategic roadmaps (people, process, technology).
- Executive Partnership & Growth Enablement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Finance.
- Introduce benchmarking insights, industry best practices, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Metrics & Reporting
- Monitor and report on key metrics: Value Realization, NPS, Churn, NRR, and Bookings Influence.
- Utilize CRM and Customer Success platforms to ensure transparency and offer actionable insights.
Your Experience
- 5–8+ years in Customer Success, Enterprise Consulting, or Transformation roles within SaaS, ERP, WMS, supply chain, or automation domains.
- Demonstrated success in delivering measurable ROI and building enduring executive-level partnerships.
- Expertise in solution consulting, value engineering, and program management for enterprise clients.
- Strong communication and facilitation abilities, confident in leading workshops and presenting to technical and executive audiences.
- Experience engaging with IT stakeholders and managing ERP/WMS deployments.
- Data-driven approach with the capability to discuss KPIs, ROI, and TCO comprehensively.
- Familiar with CRM and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot).
