Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic consultant to collaborate with our enterprise clients, typically operating at $1B+, to drive measurable business outcomes from their warehouse automation initiatives. This position involves guiding customers through solution design, pre-sales evaluation, onboarding, adoption, and continuous optimization. Your primary focus will be on quantifying ROI, leading transformation programs, and advising executives on operational best practices in logistics and warehouse automation.
Success in this role will be measured through Value Realization, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Churn, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Bookings Influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Solution Consulting:
- Lead tailored solution demonstrations, aligning product capabilities with customer pain points and business objectives.
- Quantify ROI and develop collaborative “value scorecards” with C-suite and operational leaders.
- Strategic Onboarding & Adoption:
- Oversee deployments to ensure smooth rollouts and full end-user adoption.
- Develop champion networks within customer organizations to foster long-term engagement.
- Program Management & Transformation Leadership:
- Manage enterprise programs from kickoff to ROI delivery, employing agile methodologies to track progress.
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with executives to realign priorities and identify expansion opportunities.
- Value Realization & Optimization:
- Deliver data-backed recommendations for warehouse optimization, process transformation, and IT/ERP/WMS integrations.
- Advise on tactical improvements (e.g., layout, picking paths) and strategic roadmaps (people, process, technology).
- Executive Partnership & Growth Enablement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Finance.
- Introduce benchmarking insights, industry best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Metrics & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on key metrics — Value Realization, NPS, Churn, NRR, and Bookings Influence.
- Utilize CRM and Customer Success platforms to maintain transparency and provide actionable insights.
Your Experience
- 5–8+ years in Customer Success, Enterprise Consulting, or Transformation roles within SaaS, ERP, WMS, supply chain, or automation solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable ROI and building long-term executive-level partnerships.
- Expertise in solution consulting, value engineering, and program management for enterprise clients.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, adept at leading workshops and presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience engaging with IT stakeholders and handling ERP/WMS deployments.
- Data-driven mindset, capable of discussing KPIs, ROI, and TCO in detail.
- Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot).
