Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic relationship manager dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience. This position calls for an individual with a strong track record in client advisory, acquisition, and sales, who is well-connected with entrepreneurs and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) in South East Asia (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia) and Japan. A proven ability in risk management is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, establish, and grow client relationships.
  • Provide trusted advice to clients in collaboration with colleagues in investment products and solutions teams.
  • Develop a strategic plan for client book development with measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on client investor profiles.
  • Monitor clients’ investments closely, taking a strategic view of portfolio quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and standards in alignment with our risk management culture.

Team Environment

You will be part of a well-established High Net Worth team focused on the South East Asian region and Japan, with decades of proven success. Our teams are located in Zurich and Geneva, dedicated to managing, preserving, and growing our clients’ wealth while assisting them in succession planning. We prioritize training and continuous education to enhance client service and promote personal development. In your role, you will contribute significantly to maintaining our status as a global leader in wealth management.

Required Expertise

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in relationship management, asset gathering, and investments in a client-facing role.
  • Existing network of High Net Worth individuals in South East Asia.
  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance/Economics or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of Global and Asian financial markets and the regulatory frameworks of the relevant countries.
  • Proven ability to build robust client networks with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A resilient team player with a genuine service orientation.
  • High affinity and aptitude for digitization and technology.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local Asian languages (Thai, Japanese) to effectively support the local client base.
  • A curious mindset towards exploring the use of AI to enhance workflow efficiency, while exercising sound judgment to validate outputs and ensure alignment with policies and ethical standards.
