Your Role
Are you a dynamic relationship manager who delivers an exceptional client experience? Do you possess a strong track record in client advisory, acquisition, and sales? Are you well-connected to entrepreneurs and High Net Worth Individuals in South East Asia (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia) and Japan? Are you a proven risk manager?
We are looking for a Wealth Management client advisor, based in either Zurich or Geneva, Switzerland, covering the South East Asian (SEA) Region and Japan. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building, establishing, and growing client relationships.
- Providing trusted advice to clients in collaboration with colleagues in investment products and solutions teams.
- Developing a plan to enhance the client book with measurable outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on client investor profiles.
- Taking a strategic view of clients’ investments and closely monitoring portfolio quality.
- Complying with all regulations, policies, and standards to align with our risk management culture.
Your Team
You will be part of a well-established High Net Worth (HNW) team that covers South East Asian countries and Japan, with several decades of track record. The team operates in both Zurich and Geneva, focusing on managing, preserving, and growing our clients’ wealth while assisting with succession planning. We provide ongoing training and continuous education to better serve our clients and support personal development. In your role as a client advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping maintain our global leadership in wealth management.
Your Expertise
- Proven experience in relationship management, asset gathering, and investments, ideally with a minimum of 5 years in a client-facing role.
- An existing network of High Net Worth individuals in South East Asia.
- A Bachelor or Master degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent.
- A firm grasp of Global and Asian financial markets and the regulatory frameworks relevant to your focus area.
- The ability to build strong client networks with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- A resilient team player with a strong service orientation.
- A high affinity and aptitude for digitization and technology.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local Asian languages (Thai, Japanese) to support the local client base.
- A curiosity to explore how AI can enhance workflow building, delivery, and optimization, applied with sound judgment to verify outputs and align with policies and ethical standards.
