Lead Pricing, Underwriting, and Bermuda Operations

Drive the strategic direction of the pricing and underwriting function while overseeing the effective day-to-day operation of the Bermuda office. This role requires a leader who can manage a Bermuda-based team, coordinate delivery across various functions and service providers, and support senior leadership in executing approved strategy, business plans, and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the pricing and underwriting function to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the effective day-to-day operation of the Bermuda office.
• Manage the Bermuda-based team to foster productivity and professional development.
• Coordinate delivery across functions and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Support the Group Director, executive management, and the Board in executing approved strategy and business plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and support the execution of strategic initiatives.
