About H55

As a technological spin-off of Solar Impulse, the first electric airplane to fly around the world, H55 is committed to making aviation clean, safe, and affordable. Our expertise lies in developing propulsion and energy storage solutions that are modular, lightweight, and certifiable.

Having integrated and flown four electric airplanes, H55 has been selected by Pratt & Whitney Canada to provide the battery pack for its regional hybrid-electric flight demonstrator, further solidifying our role as a key player in the electric commuter market.
