Position Overview

The Direction de l’accompagnement et de l’hébergement (DIRHEB) is recognized as a key partner for various institutions in Vaud that support individuals who are elderly, disabled, or experiencing issues related to addiction or mental health. Within DIRHEB, the Pôle gériatrie et psychiatrie de l’âge avancé (PGPA) is dedicated to providing essential support and accommodation services to individuals aged 65 and older residing in the canton of Vaud.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee projects aligned with the objectives of the PGPA.
• Manage activities related to the support of institutions.
• Support the head of the PGPA in their operational functions.
• Collaborate with architects within the service.
• Manage files pertaining to financial supplements.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in social or health fields (HES level).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with responsibilities in medico-social institutions.
• Knowledge of the medico-social sector in Vaud.
• Strong sense of responsibility and public service ethics.
• Excellent organizational, adaptive, and flexible capabilities.
• High conceptualization skills and exceptional writing abilities.
• Aptitude for independent work.
