Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will engage in various culinary tasks that require creativity and precision, all while upholding high standards of quality and presentation.

  • Prepare a variety of cold appetizers, salads, chilled soups, charcuterie, terrines, canapés, and dressings from scratch.
  • Design and create visually appealing food displays and platters for both à la carte service and large-scale banquets.
  • Ensure consistent flavor, texture, and presentation of all dishes leaving the cold kitchen, adhering to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist with basic cold-food preparation, including the portioning and arranging of raw or cured meats, cheeses, and seafood.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a passion for culinary arts and an eye for detail, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
