Your Role

This position provides an opportunity to collaborate with various departments and external partners. Responsibilities include:

• Leading supplier price and contract negotiations to secure optimal terms.
• Developing and implementing category strategies that align with business goals.
• Driving cost reduction initiatives across assigned categories.
• Establishing and maintaining a strategic supplier panel for long-term security.
• Sharing market insights with stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
• Organizing and conducting regular business review meetings with key suppliers.
• Ensuring competitive pricing through strategic sourcing.
• Managing supplier contracts and ensuring compliance.
• Meeting key performance indicators focused on cost management and supplier performance.
• Building strong supplier relationships and securing long-term contingency planning.
• Fostering cross-functional collaboration to align procurement strategies with corporate objectives.
• Engaging in active communication and negotiation with suppliers for best-value outcomes.

Your Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience, with a deep understanding of the industry being a plus.
• Over 5 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain, emphasizing strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in complex contract negotiations.
• Forward-thinking, self-directed, and decisive capabilities that enhance business performance.
• Project management skills to support procurement initiatives.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and digital procurement tools.
• Fluency in written and spoken English (Level C1); knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5-10% of the time.
