The Position

We are seeking a strategic professional to join a well-established, multi-site organization within its central procurement function. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of indirect goods and services, delivering measurable commercial value.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sourcing and category strategies for allocated categories of spend.
• Manage the complete procurement cycle, from understanding business needs to supplier handover.
• Engage closely with senior and operational stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Demonstrated experience in indirect procurement, including structured tendering and supplier negotiations.
• Ability to deliver sourcing projects and develop tender documentation, specifications, and KPIs.
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Experience managing multiple procurement projects under tight deadlines.
• Understanding of contract negotiation and collaboration with legal teams.
• Proficiency in eProcurement and data analysis tools, including intermediate Excel skills.
• A proactive mindset in identifying new procurement opportunities.
• CIPS Level 4 or working towards it is preferable.
