Ideal Candidate Profile

• A bachelor's or master's degree in economics, preferably with a focus on accounting, finance, or controlling, complemented by internship experience.
• Motivated to pursue further education towards becoming a Swiss CPA.
• Strong accounting and data analytics skills with a keen interest in the insurance sector.
• Possess a positive, results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to taking responsibility and delivering tailored client solutions.
• Fluent in English and German, with additional proficiency in French considered a plus.
