Your Responsibilities

• Analyze the current process landscape and identify areas for global harmonization, automation, simplification, and optimization.
• Support the Business Process Owner (BPO) throughout transformations to ensure sustainable end-to-end processes.
• Define IT specifications for process improvements and collaborate with IT for system changes.
• Drive and support global rollouts, user training, and communication to ensure efficiency and adoption.
• Ensure adherence to Business Process Management governance, documentation, and compliance standards.
• Promote data flow and systems integration through cross-functional collaboration.
• Encourage a continuous improvement mindset organization-wide.
• Achieve cost reductions and efficiency gains through process optimization.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to back change initiatives.
• Manage complex problem-solving and proactively suggest improvements.
• Measure and monitor process performance during execution.

Our Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong understanding of processes and systems with end-to-end thinking.
• Affinity with business areas relevant to the role.
• Proficient in translating business needs into process and IT requirements.
• Experience in testing system functionalities and implementing improvements.
• Ability to design and deliver effective process/system training sessions.
• Proven project management skills in a matrix organization.
• Expertise in SAP S4H within relevant process domains; familiarity with satellite solutions is advantageous.
• Strong discipline in governance, documentation, and compliance.
• Affinity for agile methodologies beyond traditional approaches.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management experience.
• Fluent in English (C2 Level); knowledge of German, Spanish, or Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% to our worldwide sites.
