Your Opportunity

Your Responsibilities
- Analyze the current process landscape and identify areas for global harmonization, automation, simplification, and optimization.
- Support the Business Process Owner (BPO) throughout transformations to ensure sustainable end-to-end processes.
- Define IT specifications for process improvements and collaborate with IT for system changes.
- Drive and support global rollouts, user training, and communication to ensure efficiency and adoption.
- Ensure adherence to Business Process Management governance, documentation, and compliance standards.
- Promote data flow and systems integration through cross-functional collaboration.
- Encourage a continuous improvement mindset organization-wide.
- Achieve cost reductions and efficiency gains through process optimization.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to back change initiatives.
- Manage complex problem-solving and proactively suggest improvements.
- Measure and monitor process performance during execution.
Our Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong understanding of processes and systems with end-to-end thinking.
- Affinity with business areas relevant to the role.
- Proficient in translating business needs into process and IT requirements.
- Experience in testing system functionalities and implementing improvements.
- Ability to design and deliver effective process/system training sessions.
- Proven project management skills in a matrix organization.
- Expertise in SAP S4H within relevant process domains; familiarity with satellite solutions is advantageous.
- Strong discipline in governance, documentation, and compliance.
- Affinity for agile methodologies beyond traditional approaches.
- Hands-on, pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management experience.
- Fluent in English (C2 Level); knowledge of German, Spanish, or Mandarin is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 35% to our worldwide sites.
