Role Responsibilities
In this key position, the selected individual will:
- Lead the development of digital marketing strategies, integrating social media, AI-driven automation, and customer data insights to strengthen SOSUSHI’s brand presence in Switzerland.
- Establish structured processes and workflows to ensure scalability and operational efficiency during SOSUSHI’s expansion.
- Coordinate with Japanese suppliers using both language fluency and cultural expertise, securing partnerships and authentic sourcing opportunities.
- Support the creation of strategic development documents and business analyses to guide long-term growth and franchise expansion.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A graduate from a recognized hospitality business school, with a specialization in marketing and F&B.
- Experience in digital marketing and in a business analyst/manager role.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, with hands-on expertise in AI-enabled marketing automation.
- Strong stakeholder management experience in international projects, with the ability to coordinate between headquarters, franchises, suppliers, and marketing partners.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Japanese.
- In-depth knowledge of Japanese business culture, practices, and supplier networks.
- Extensive understanding of Japanese food culture to contribute actively to the development of SOSUSHI's culinary offerings.
- Skilled in content creation, capable of managing both community engagement and professional marketing collateral.
