SOSUSHI SA specializes in Japanese-inspired cuisine and operates several restaurants across various cantons, including franchises. As the company continues to expand, it seeks to enhance its internal organization, particularly concerning commercial strategy and sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of digital marketing strategies, integrating social media, AI-driven automation, and customer data insights to strengthen the brand presence in Switzerland.
• Establish structured processes and workflows to ensure scalability and operational efficiency during expansion.
• Coordinate with Japanese suppliers, leveraging language fluency and cultural expertise to secure partnerships and authentic sourcing opportunities.
• Support the creation of strategic development documents and business analyses to guide long-term growth and franchise expansion.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate of a recognized hospitality business school, specializing in marketing and Food & Beverages (F&B).
• Experience in digital marketing and as a business analyst/manager.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems with hands-on expertise in AI-enabled marketing automation.
• Strong stakeholder management experience in international projects, capable of coordinating between headquarters, franchises, suppliers, and marketing partners.
• Fluent in English and Japanese, with excellent spoken and written skills.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese business culture, practices, and supplier networks.
• Excellent understanding of Japanese food culture to actively contribute to developing culinary offerings.
• Skilled in content creation, capable of managing both community engagement and professional marketing collateral.
