Role and Responsibilities

To support its growth, the operational team, based in Biel/Bienne, seeks a full-time Business Manager with a specialization in Food & Beverages (F&B). Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the development of digital marketing strategies that incorporate social media, AI-driven automation, and customer data insights to enhance SOSUSHI’s brand presence in Switzerland.
• Establishing structured processes and workflows to ensure scalability and operational efficiency throughout SOSUSHI’s expansion.
• Coordinating with Japanese suppliers, leveraging language fluency and cultural expertise to secure partnerships and authentic sourcing opportunities.
• Supporting the creation of strategic development documents and business analyses to guide long-term growth and franchise expansion.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is expected to possess the following qualifications:

• A graduate of a recognized hospitality business school, specializing in marketing and F&B.
• Experience in digital marketing and as a business analyst/manager.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, with practical expertise in AI-enabled marketing automation.
• Strong stakeholder management experience in international projects, adept at coordinating between headquarters, franchises, suppliers, and marketing partners.
• Fluent in English and Japanese, both spoken and written.
• Deep understanding of Japanese business culture, practices, and supplier networks.
• Extensive knowledge of Japanese food culture to actively contribute to the development of SOSUSHI's culinary offerings.
• Skilled in content creation, capable of managing both community engagement and professional marketing materials.
