Your Role in Our Growth

Join our operational team based in Biel/Bienne, which is looking to strengthen its capacity for growth. A pivotal role awaits you, where you will contribute to our exciting journey of expansion and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of digital marketing strategies, integrating social media, AI-driven automation, and customer data insights to enhance SOSUSHI’s brand presence in Switzerland.
• Establish structured processes and workflows to ensure scalability and operational efficiency during SOSUSHI’s expansion.
• Coordinate with Japanese suppliers, leveraging both language fluency and cultural expertise to secure partnerships and authentic sourcing opportunities.
• Support the creation of strategic development documents and business analyses to guide long-term growth and franchise expansion.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate from a recognized hospitality business school, with a specialization in marketing and F&B.
• Experience in digital marketing and a background as a business analyst/manager.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems with hands-on expertise in AI-enabled marketing automation.
• Strong stakeholder management experience in international projects, capable of coordinating efforts between headquarters, franchises, suppliers, and marketing partners.
• Fluent in English and Japanese, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Robust knowledge of Japanese business culture, practices, and supplier networks.
• Deep understanding of Japanese food culture to participate actively in developing SOSUSHI's culinary offerings.
• Skilled in content creation, managing community engagement, and professional marketing collateral.
