Your Impact

• Design and implement modern data solutions in data management areas (e.g., data quality, master and reference data, data catalogs, and data platforms) to provide high-quality and actionable data.
• Develop data strategies that help clients achieve their business goals in compliance, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.
• Conceive complex data and analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical, and organizational foundations, and advise clients on executing transformations that significantly impact their organizations.
• Build and maintain close client relationships within project work or business development and expand internal and external networks.
• Serve as a role model through a strong work ethic, exceptional leadership skills, and professional expertise.
• Advance your competencies across various industries and disciplines while sharing your knowledge with colleagues.

• Business-IT translator capability, acting as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to communicate technical specifications clearly in both written and verbal forms.

Technical Expertise

• Practical experience in data management, data platforms, or Data Engineering solutions is strongly recommended.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Python is required.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including work with data warehouses, ETL tools, and modern data stack technologies is required.
• Familiarity with data platform tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Spark, Airflow) and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) is required.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data orchestration (e.g., Apache Airflow, Prefect, dbt) is required.
• Understanding of data warehouse and data lake architectures, including their differences and use cases.
• Knowledge of data modeling and optimization techniques.
• A strong background in engineering or mathematics is advantageous.

Language Proficiency

• Fluency in English, German, and/or French is highly desirable to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience

• Initial relevant experience in consulting, technology companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-driven areas.
• Previous experience in banking, insurance, life sciences, or healthcare sectors is advantageous.
