The Opportunity
This position represents our inaugural marketing role, providing an opportunity to collaborate closely with our founders on brand development, content creation, campaigns, and sales enablement. This is a broad role that offers substantial ownership and opportunities for growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and manage our brand identity and positioning across all touchpoints in English, French, and German.
- Articulate product features into compelling value propositions tailored for our target audiences.
- Execute demand generation and B2B email campaigns to bolster the sales pipeline.
- Oversee our website and enhance its SEO performance.
- Create sales collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and outreach sequences.
- Curate and maintain our LinkedIn and social media presence, ensuring a consistent publishing schedule.
- Design on-brand visuals for social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Transform product updates and key milestones into engaging content, such as blog posts, newsletters, and explainer videos.
- Assist with event participation and public relations initiatives.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance on a monthly basis.
Your Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing; experience within SaaS or marketplaces is a plus.
- Ability to translate SaaS features and data into clear business value for prospective clients.
- Background in retail or FMCG brands is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is a significant plus.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance day-to-day workflow.
- A proactive self-starter who identifies and addresses gaps independently.
- Strong motivation and a readiness to take swift action.
- Residing in or near Lucerne and capable of commuting to our central Luzern headquarters.
